Getting Started

Accepting Pool Jobs


  • Always check the Custodia App for available Pool Jobs.
  • Once you accept a job, call the customer within 15 minutes.

Calling The Customer

  • Suggested Script: "Hi this is [Your Name] with Custodia. I just accepted your service request. I wanted to introduce myself and confirm details before I head over."

Confirm:

Customer availability- Service location - Any special instructions

Steps to Sending A Quote


  • Open the job in the app
  • Add service details
  • Enter the quote amount
  • Submit the quote

Best Practices

Be fair and transparent 

Include clear service descriptions 

Communicate any extra costs

Closing The Deal

If the customer approves the quote, book the job for the same day if possible. If not, agree on a convenient date and time.

Reporting Issues or Damages

If something goes wrong:

  1. Take clear photos of the issue.
  2. Report it immediately through the app or by calling your City Manager.
  3. Fill out the Incident Report Form provided.
